You can work with up to 4 other people to develop a scenario on how this can be done. You can take some liberties in thinking about what your person does for a living and how they can help...
Use your imagination and knowledge of your person and history to make this happen... You don't have to get him all the way, but you should be able to aid him in getting through Pennsylvania.
