Your Assignment:
1. Research all 16 Events (use the book and online sources) - for each give a brief summary and it's effect on tension.
2. Determine which 3 or 4 causes/events are most responsible for tension leading to war.
3. Create a 1 paragraph summary in your own words for each of your choices explaining how it was a cause of the War.
4. Create a “visual essay” explaining three reasons the Southern states seceded (withdrew) from the Union which lead to the American Civil War.
